I am a passionate performer from Glasgow, Scotland. I favour dancing in the style of jazz or commercial but also have a strong background of ballet and contemporary technique. I began performing at the age of three at a local part-time school then continued to dance around four nights a week until I was old enough to join full-time training.

I then moved away to begin training six days a week at Ballet West studying strong technique classes in jazz, ballet and contemporary whilst doing some choreography throughout the two years and left with a HND in Professional Dance Performance in 2018. This year I trained five days a week at Performing Arts Studio Scotland: Dance in Edinburgh trying to push my skill levels and find my strongest variation of styles as a dancer before graduating with a First Class BA(Hons) in September 2019. As a dancer I now feel that I am at my peak with my technique work and will now continue to push my performance levels when training for auditions.

Looking towards the future I am hoping to continue dancing in my favourite style of jazz myself but this year I have also found a passion within teaching that I would also like to pursue. Using the knowledge i have to give to other children and students hoping to gain the same happiness out of dance as I do makes me want to start my own classes teaching a variety of styles that I am now professionally trained in.

I want to continue with my preferred jazz style even if this is teaching instead of performing for now but I would also like to push my boundaries by teaching classes such as contemporary, commercial or ballet every so often to allow myself to expand my limits.
