Graduated with First Class BA Honours Degree in Dance.

Trained in: Jazz, Classical Ballet, Commercial, Contemporary, Repertoire and Choreography.

Lecturers: Jo Turbitt, Zelie Jennings, Roz Hoyte, Amanda McNally, Jennifer Figures and Hannah Mason.

 

2016 – 2018 – Ballet West Scotland:

Graduated with a HND in Professional Dance performance.

Trained in: Jazz, Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Body conditioning, Pointe work, Pas de deux, and Neo-classical repertoire.

2019/20 –

Sailing Jazz Company

Contract signed but on-going pandemic stopped shows from beginning.

Unearthed Dance Company

Currently rehearsing alongside this contemporary company for upcoming shows that they are asked to perform at for example in previous years; the Edinburgh Fringe and GO Dance in Glasgow’s Theatre Royal.

Showgirl at the Liquid Rooms

Meet and greet then on stage performance as a showgirl for Groovejet Events at their Edinburgh Show in the Liquid Rooms.

Cross Currents PASS Showcase at the King’s Theatre Edinburgh

A showcase in which I took on the role of Dolly from ‘Hello Dolly’ in a jazz piece, performed solo in a contemporary piece and was involved in two other chorus jazz pieces.

NYC Performance

A performance of two jazz pieces at Scottish Tartan Week in New York City with a selection of dancers from Performing Arts Studio Scotland.

Taking Flight Company Tour

As a BA Company, we arranged teaching opportunities all around Scotland for a week where we performed either one or two shows a day and had the experience of teaching high school and college students. I taught teenagers at Portobello High School, Edinburgh and assisted with the NC students of West College Scotland in Glasgow.

Y Dance

I had the opportunity to participate in a workshop taken by Y Dance Scotland member Anna. This consisted of a contemporary class followed by contact improvisation and then learning a sequence of repertoire.

2018 – Performed at the National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh for ‘Eurocities’

Around thirty others and I were given the opportunity to perform a Scottish influenced contemporary piece in front of European Delegates.

Scottish Ballet College's Day

In September I took part in a workshop with Scottish Ballet company members learning rep from 'Crucibles' and taking part in ballet workshops.

Performance at corporate event: 20th anniversary of EMA Architects + Masterplanners

In November 2018, I had the opportunity to perform at the Ghillie Dhu in central Edinburgh alongside former BA students.

‘First Footing’ PASS showcase

I participated in a showcase in Edinburgh, Scotland in four different pieces of choreography.

Giselle Ballet West Tour

 I participated in a tour around Scotland in seven different destinations performing as a Court Lady and in peasant dance. This toured for a full month and included matinee and evening performances.

2017- Ballet West Showcase

I performed in a neo-classical piece choreographed by Natasha Watson, a jazz piece by Martin Fenton and a contemporary piece by Indra Reinhole.

Swan Lake Ballet West Tour

I participated in a tour around the whole of Scotland in seven different destinations over the course of 1 month doing matinee and evening shows performing in the peasant dance.
